Hello, I tried going through your website's "Contact" portal, but it was not working. We have never assembled the Lifezone Queen Bed Frame with High Storage Bookcase Headboard which we purchased in Augst of 2024 from Amazon. Last week we finally got around to assembling this bed but there was no hardware available for the assembly. Please send this hardware or at least provide a description of what we need. Thank you!
